His clinical interests are in cervical disk replacement surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical and lumbar fusion, spinal cord stimulation surgery, and neuro-oncology for the surgical treatment of brain and spinal cord tumors, radiosurgery, and pituitary surgery.
Dr. Adam Lipson specializes in conditions affecting the brain and spine and offers years of experience in diagnosing and treating brain tumors and pituitary tumors. Through his years of practice, he has pioneered minimally invasive techniques for a variety of brain and spine surgeries.
Specializing in open neurological surgery and neuroendovascular treatments, Dr. Ciro Randazzo’s research has been published in a variety of publications, including the world-renowned journal Stroke. Dr. Anil Nair specializes in neurovascular and endovascular neurosurgery. Having participated in several research projects and numerous presentations within his specialties, Dr. Nair has had more than ten publications and has published abstracts on topics in his areas of expertise.
Dr. De Marco is a board certified neuropsychologist with IGEA Brain, Spine & Orthopedics who obtained his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Coatesville VA Medical Center and then went on to complete a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at the University of Virginia (UVa) where he served as Chief Fellow. Dr. De Marco stayed on the faculty at UVa from 2012 to 2016 before returning to New Jersey and is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP)
Dr. Vinoo Thomas practices interventional pain management at IGEA’s Union and Paramus offices. He joins IGEA after 12 years practicing in New York City with Upper East Side Pain Management. Dr. Thomas is a graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University
Dr. Mingi Choi practices Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Fellow of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Choi has been recognized by Castle Connolly as a Top Doctor in the NY Metropolitan area.
Dr. Nader Delavari is a highly trained neurosurgeon with a broad range of expertise in cerebrovascular and skull base surgery, interventional neuroradiology, and endoscopic skull base surgery. He holds a B.A. and M.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and completed his residency in neurosurgery at New York University Langone Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Delavari has pursued multiple fellowships, including advanced training at Banner University Medical Center, Bicetre Hospital in Paris, and NY Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College. He has numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented his research at various international conferences. His clinical interests include the surgical treatment of cerebrovascular disorders, skull base tumors, and minimally invasive neuroendoscopic procedures.
